What profession do you admire most and why?

The profession I admire are the librarians of the world. The reason why is because they are the gatekeepers of knowledge and books. They help people learn and develop skills that are valuable. One of the people I admired for almost my entire life was my grade school librarian, Miss Essie Mae Baylock. When I learned of her death earlier this year, I was completely devastated, crying and snot flying everywhere. She lived to be almost 95 and I believe it was because she was surrounded by books.
