What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

The strategies I use to mainly my health and wellbeing is reading, listening to music, and watching cartoons. All of these strategies bring me immense joy and soothes my soul.

Books brings me knowledge. Music feeds my senses. Cartoons make me cackle. During these turbulent and chaotic times, these three strategies keep me sane.
