How would you design the city of the future?

It would be a city filled with parks and lakes. Gardens filled butterflies and waterfalls. A city with guaranteed housing, food, and healthcare for all. Equal access to education and libraries in every neighborhood. Outdoor libraries. The homes would range from small to large and everyone would be happy and safe.
